Management of ASML Belgium! Do not compare it with ASML Netherlands and ASML wordwide. Probably you won't ever see any other office with such low performance, both inside and outside ASML. Local team leaders are employeers without any basic knowledge of managament or Six Sigma techinics. But they are loyal to them managers, and extremely career oriented. They made the office looking like a club, where the main purpose is to cover each other and appear efficient to management. In the office there is bullism. people playing with Facebook most of the day, employees that go in burnout, people who got fired from one day to another just for speak up, employeers who put on the table a paper with written "Don´t dare how to do my job", team leaders who say "If optimization was my target, I was following your way, but we follow my way". More than performance, office improvements, or customer satisfaction, the evaluation is used as a tool to thanks loyal employeers, or to punish who dared to flag the office problems.
