      Cutting edge in engineering feats and opportunity. good stepping stone for optical, mechanical and computer controlled processes.

      Cons

      Lackluster opportunity for the masses outside of engineering, with limited staff, potential and reward - an American orphan of a European parent, the difference is known and felt. Turnover / layoffs common. Total compensation largely based on profit sharing which rides the cyclical booms and busts of the semiconductor industry.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
