Pros
High impact, cutting edge and a lot of opportunities. At ASML you might be working on a small part of a big machine. But that small part is vital to the operation of the whole machine, and by making it a little better you are changing what happens at INTEL, SAMSUNG, TSMC and more of our customers. Little things are big at ASML.
Cons
Canteen, Mail, Document management systems, no substantial bonusses for great work. The canteen food is soso, mail gets lost easily and is not delivered to the recepient and documents are though to upload to the documentation system which makes knowledge sharing more difficult.
