      Pros

      Very technical, engaging and exciting environment. ASML is a place where you get to work along side very bright engineers. Very good organizational structure.

      Cons

      Harder to grow. Most people have been there for 20+ years. Another thing which is mainly personal, compensation is not adequate to the workload.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
