      Pros

      Building satellites is cool, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Most of the engineers and management live and work somewhere other than west Texas - do you blame them? Because of that, people who work there are treated like crap by the people who don't live and work there. Senior management, with a couple of exceptions, sucks up and punches down. Also, there is a subtle bias against people who speak English as their primary language.

      Pros

      Exciting product and mission. Lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Non-existent culture. Expected to just show up, do your job, and shut up. No incentive to actually get to know or enjoy working with each other. No work-life balance whatsoever, and no boundaries. They expect you to work whenever they need you, including weekends and holidays.
