Advice to management Have a results and productivity culture rather than focusing on stupid rules like what time you have to arrive at work and what time you can leave work.

      Pros

      Recruiting based on motivation, human skills before anything else. Very friendly environment, corporate is taking good care of the employees and their well being. Awesome company to gain technical knowledge and be autonomous on projects. I would say AT Internet working place is based on mutual trust between managers and employees.

      Cons

      Salary is not as high as you'd like for the working time (39h per week) and compared to the market.

      Pros

      Benefits and company were quite cool, also the fact that the company was well known in the market.

      Cons

      Direct Management had not too much experience leading a team and that influenced in a negative way to the working environment.
