If you are fresher and want to enjoy like your college days, then only join this company

Cons

If you are experienced, don't spoil your career by joining this Navi Mumbai office. They just do hiring and firing, once you are hired, within 3 months without any notice they will ask you to leave with all fake created reasons. They keep your all original education documents during probation period by saying that they are keeping those for verification purpose, it can take 3-6 months. It shows that company don't trust employees

Being a responsible organization, ATCS has certain code of conduct and non-performance policies (clearly imparted at the time of induction) which are strictly implemented to maintain a good and encouraging working environment for our employees. When any violation of these rules is reported, we provide ample time, assistance and counselling to the concerned employee – giving another chance to improve performance, behaviour, discipline, and professionalism. But when we witness no signs of improvement and the employee still functions with organizationally unacceptable approach, company has full rights to protect its other employees from anything that brings in malicious work culture, and therefore take necessary actions.

The social listening job here is a joke. You put together PowerPoint presentations for clients that are really not helping the clients' growth at all. Managers who are supposed to train you hand it off to others who do not know how to teach at all. Some managers are in school, have another job, and are in meetings all day. When you want to "think outside the box" or just differently, you get told to just do what everyone else is doing. Getting acquired by Naggaro really should everyone's true colors where they all just sucked up to management if fear of losing their job. Interns for companies can do social listening and say what's going wrong. Here, you just tell the client what they want to hear. No creativity, just copy and paste what the social listening software is telling you and keep your mouth shut.
