The salary offered was significantly below expectations, and the overall work environment was not supportive. Employees didn’t feel valued, and management often showed bias—listening attentively to some while disregarding others. There was little effort to hear both sides of a situation unless you were already favored. Mismanagement was evident, and long-standing employees consistently received better treatment, while newer team members were often sidelined and made to feel irrelevant. A more fair and inclusive approach to employee engagement is very much needed.
