I have been working with ATI for over a year and I have only positive things to say!
The management really cares about the customers and the employees. Employees are given feedback and encouraging reviews on a weekly basis that really provides motivation to prove your best. My manager especially has a unique way to show points of improvement without making you feel you need to upgrade your skills. I have got to work with personnel from several other departments and really know about the business from various angles. What is more- they really care about the employee, promote work-life balance and also allow working remotely.
From a customer's perspective, the management really provides timely responses and have very good sense of business ethics and provide continuous support through in-person meets and calls. In my tenure, I have never seen a dissatisfied customer.
Overall, I am very fortunate I got an opportunity to be a part of the ATI team and evolve so much!
