Low pay, long hours, few days off per year, forced overtime, forced on call times, poorly maintained vehicles. One of the worst companies to work for. Local management is great but corporate makes everything hard for management and employees. Bottom line from corporate is screw you, do your job as unreasonable as it is. You can always be replaced.
