Working with young mob trying to build connections with them. Seeing all the good work the medical clinics do to help mob close the gap.
Cons
Work culture, wanting you to fudge data when it suits them, The inter office politics between the various deadly choices teams, the pay, management telling you one thing and forgetting they told you that, or two competing managers who dont like each other using you as a conduit to try ti annoy the other manager because they ain't on speaking terms. The program themselves, most of the kids learn that in school and only really want to play games. Also filling calendars up to make it look like we're busy just in case any other managers come to the office. Double standards on treating certain staff members differently because you favour them.
