      Pros

      Right now i can't. They used to be a wonderful company to work for but the new management staff has ruined it.

      Cons

      They don't value their employees anymore.. The turn around of new employees proves that everyday. People who have committed 10+ years of their lives are treated like they don't matter, and unfortunately they don't to this company anymore.

      the benefits are above average. 80% 20% company/employee split health care premium. good progression for vacation time accrual. opportunity to advance for increase pay. overtime after 8 hrs in a day.

      in need of more employees who have good work ethics .
