Started from a garage and now a powerhouse. Has that get it done mentality, with the resources to pull big rabbits out of hats for our clients. Heavy focus on work life balance with a lot of smart people aligned on process to create efficiency and run solid shows. Efficiency creates more time and more balance. Culturally badass, have our own foundation that uses our own events to raise money for causes we care about, aim our gear and people at making the world a better place, have a music jam room, pool/grill/firepits, studios, festival grounds and our team has access to all of it.
Cons
Cyclical event industry problem likes to give us crazy busy times and then not busy at all times. Managing the ebb and flow of that tests us from time to time.
