      Upper management and H.R. is easily reachable and always returns calls and emails in a timely manner.

      Sloppy management, undervalued employees, lack of structure along employees roles and responsibilities.

      Pros

      Many secondary benefits like ask if you can borrow anything and if you are in good standing with them based off of what you have borrowed previously then they will most likely let you, very nice equipment!

      Cons

      Work out of town, get called in whenever, not as good of main and actual benefits because they are smaller and home grown
