- Super terrible management. - Lack of professionalism. - You experience background doesn't matter if you want promote how many years you work in Auto1 matters only which means you can be managed by less experienced person. - There's constant circulation of employees which causing less knowledge base on products. - Even for super small tiny visual feature there's impossible deadline. - No Scrum master around which means there's no barrier between PM's and Devs/QAs - Recently started new system which they can move you around within teams. - Terrible salaries seriously you can get easily %50 more with higher titles. - They don't care about you as employee. - No compansation for overtime. - They only care about making money which can be quite hostile agains the value given to you or your work.
