• Unrealistic targets: Sales and call targets are set without regard to market conditions, customer preferences, or available resources. Targets are sometimes changed retroactively with no explanation.
• Toxic leadership culture: Feedback is ignored, serious concerns about wellbeing are dismissed or even ridiculed by managers. In some cases, managers laughed at legitimate questions.
• Poor communication: Critical decisions (bonus schemes, recruitment, reporting, working time arrangements) are often announced at the last minute or contradicted later. Written answers are rarely provided, leaving employees in constant uncertainty.
• Unfair treatment & CA violations: Overtime and flex hours are often uncompensated, holiday planning has been forced under unreasonable deadlines, and final salary payments have been inconsistent. Employee rights under the Finnish Collective Agreement and labor law are not respected in practice.
• Wellbeing ignored: Burnout, turnover, and work-related stress are recurring. Management fails to provide timely support even for employees returning from sick leave or partial disability.
• Discrepancy between values and reality: Official values like “Set Customer First” and “Team Up” are not followed in daily operations. Employee suggestions are systematically ignored, while customer and team wellbeing are deprioritized.
