Pros
A reasonable salary, nice office, opportunity to work remotely. This company would be a good start if the person has no experience and want to learn something basic like how to contact the customers and vendors. However some of the already former colleagues were supportive. Remember: this is an online shop! This is not hi tech company!
Cons
If you are not friend of the "friends", you will not stay for a long time! No matter what you know or how well you do your job. The work is toxic at times, with unrealistic expectations . There is a big, internal mess "who will do what", so you may end up overwhelmed with everything someone else does not want to do. Long hours are expected with no recognition. Unprofessional behavior from some, close to the CEO, employees with instances of shouting at others, creating a tense and stressful atmosphere. Flat structure of the management is poor. Many people were hired on so called management positions for the specific job to be done and released on the 5 month of their trial period. Nobody speaks to anyone, no real strategy for the future. You won't get any contribution for your home office. Bonuses exist for specific circle of people. There is no way to suggest anything, no matter you are right, you would be immediately foreseen as an enemy, or for somebody whose "initiative" was not asked. Some of the employees can be even arrogant, threatening you with the CEO if you don't want to do what they want you to do. Please, avoid it if you are professional in your 40s, it makes no sense to have such an "experience" for five months, you can't plan anything.
