      Pros

      Our office manager, Austin, has been the best thing for the company. He provides what direction and structure he can, but also brings joy to those he manages. He truly cares about the team and the work he does.

      Cons

      AVA Law Group is a small, but growing company. The work that is being done is sensational, but the condescending attitudes and ethics from the attorneys is disheartening to see as an employee. Second, an internal software is a terrible idea. So much time is lost due to faulty system issues. And even then, the attorneys always assume it is our fault.

      Good work-life balance, supportive atmosphere for the heavy case matter we deal with.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be an overload of work when upper management assigns tasks to one person without communicating with each other first.

      I honestly love working at AVA Law Group! The team is supportive, management is encouraging, and everyone truly works together to make a difference for our clients. I’ve learned so much since starting here almost 2 years ago and feel appreciated for the work I do every day!

      Cons

      The pace can be busy at times, but it keeps things exciting and helps me continue to grow in my role.
