      Pros

      Family oriented company. Upper management truly cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Health insurance options need to be better. A large company should be able to negotiate better plan options. Middle management needs to adopt the same philosophies as upper management and/or upper management needs to have more insight to what is happening within departments.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
