      Pros

      The people that I have had the pleasure to work with are both knowledgeable and supportive.

      Cons

      The travel department should spend more time negotiating rates and stop using a third party booking system. By using this they not only have to pay for the entire stay upfront and cannot checkout early.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
