We are happy to see so many of our more tenured employees providing their view of the employee experience at AVI-SPL. We do strive to balance the customer needs with our employee experience, which can be complex at times. Thank you for noting that we are successfully balancing the two. And thank you for your 10+ years of service and dedication to AVI-SPL.
Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.
Cons
Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
