Good training opportunities, late birthday cards a month after your birthday, fluffy new core values to replace vacant ones that did not impress investors. Lots of great coworkers that are highly skilled, and the camaraderie of your shared frustration of being ignored and over worked.

Terrible wage increases that do not even keep up with inflation, empty promises from leadership and upper management, poor implementation of internal technology, poor interdepartmental communication and processes to support clients.

Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.
Cons
Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
