Pros
Great people on some independent teams, great customers
Cons
Mind blowing how some people who have been there for so many years lacking in the ability to do their job well because management tends to reward mediocrity. Extremely segregated segments of the company prevent a cohesive operation and effective knowledge transfer. Management does not understand how to properly and effectively reward people for a job well done, handing out literal tokens of appreciation with no value... cheap. Toxic culture of "me" instead of "we" by team members attempting to hold onto their knowledge and not share it with others, leading to teams with a dependency on those members while simultaneously those members have no time or capacity to grow and gain new knowledge in a rapidly changing industry. Below average pay at best.
