      Decent salary but workload is excessive

      Cons

      No one followed the playbook but management expected every process to be followed. The hours were usually underbid to win jobs. Then the PM is blamed for going over budget. You better find a way to get the client to sign the change order

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
