Pros
Easy commute, reasonable salary and benefits, hands off management style with few meetings and reviews. Get to work with the latest systems, equipment, and technologies. On-going continuing education as in lunch and learns. Not much over time or weekend extra work.
Cons
Management has a problem with interacting with employees and offer little in the way of reviews and meetings as to job performance and personal improvement at work. Lots of turnover. Little chance of $ raises or chances for growth in big ways. Max salary cap seem to be around $80K for engineers. Crappy bonus program that has little incentive for improvement. Dull ugly office with horrible sound masking system turned up too loud. Cubicle environment with ugly gray boring colors and furnishings, very Spartan. No way of judging performance as their is no review process.
