Pros
It's the leader in its field and its clients are a who's who of notable organizations globally, so that's always cool to brag about. Though I have not been here very long, it is clear that the company hit a rough patch a few years ago, but they clearly recognized most of their issues, starting with new leaders who have revitalized the culture, streamlined our processes, and actually have a vision for the future. Also enjoy going to company-sponsored events. Fun and productive.
Cons
Overall its a fun and talented group of people, but there are some grumps, but some of them are no longer with the company so hopefully its a trend. Also, its a pretty big company with a lot going on. It would be nice if management could give us more updates on company happenings.
