      1. Company culture. It is like working with friends. You are not just another employee 2. A lot of opportunities to challenge yourself, explore new technologies and learn from the best 3. A lot of transparency. There is not a whole lot of bureaucratic processes 4. Work life balance is strongly encouraged.

      Cons

      You need to be ready and comfortable working remotely or with people located all over the world.

      Pros

      AVIO has a great culture. Everybody is supportive and tries to do what's best for both the customer and the employees. Management cares about employee growth. You also get to see a lot of different industries when working on different contracts.

      Cons

      AVIO is a small company, so some people fill multiple roles.
