Pros
This company is all about building employees by creating opportunities for continuous improvement. They encourage learning new technologies and sharing that knowledge. AVIO takes great pride in being the best in the business. Most consulting company employees end up on solo projects, or silo'd into a small group, but at AVIO, there is constant rotation of team members, so you get to work with lots of different people. Even if you are in a small project, there is constant communication for questions and advise. The company also does a great job building relationships with an annual off-site conference. Employees from all over (including abroad) get together for presentations, hands-on sessions, hack-a-thon's, social hours, and friendship building. Pre-Covid, there was lots of opportunity for travelling to client sites, however, now most work is done from the convenience of your own home. There are offices, if you happen to be in the Denver, OKC, or Dallas area. AVIO also provides equipment for home offices, to make the work from home experience even easier!
Cons
There is a very high standard for titles. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but advanced titles require serious knowledge.
