Everyone has a place to be heard. the comapny values personality and humanity above proffessionalism 0 Ego and 0 hierarchy. even with highly demanding workload gives a lot of room for your personal life and its easier to jugle work with life

      high preassure anf high demand. some workaholics make it feel like you need to be on their level of dedication at all times, work "after hours".
