      Occasional bonuses, a good place to learn and retire.

      Cons

      Chauvinism at its best. If you do not want to work, you don't work and nobody cares. No opportunities to grow, especially if you are a woman. A lot of politics.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
