Pros
Interesting co-workers. A step above what most college students are doing for work. -flexible hours. -most hotels offer food to the employees. never really have to leave the property for lunch.
Cons
-Endless set strike cycle. never really doing anything that lasts more than a day or two. -not much space for growth in the company -weird hours but that's the nature of the job
