Pros
I learned some new stuff I didn't know before, and made some new friends. There was ample parking and the office had nice desks and chairs and that kind of stuff. They do have health insurance!
Cons
Lots of turn over, and somehow even when you get a promotion you don't get a pay raise. We had 6 different bosses in the last 3.5 years and 4 different comp plans in last 12 months. This is place where when the owner saw some x-employees saying he micromanages too much, he went and made everyone log in here in front of him and stood there until we typed something nice. He did not see the irony I think...
