Pros

-Unlimited Vacation -Good work life balance -Strong bonding between coworkers -Sense of community between coworkers

Cons

This company loves to tout that they have been around since 2001. You'd think a company that has been in the digital space for that long would be bigger and a little more well run. They endlessly repeat the same mistakes, never learning. Toxicity and incompetence is somehow rewarded and facilitated, never reprimanded. Chronic lack of planning and management in one role continuously means more work for the analysts. The organization chart is incredibly top heavy- the resolution to any issue seems to be "bring in more strategists" instead of "hire more people to actually carry out the work." Vocal clients are over serviced to the point of unprofitability and always to the detriment of other clients. The analysts and managers do their best to make things work, but are fighting an uphill battle against leadership that tends to be demoralizing and flippant.
