Pros
The people I worked with were very easy going and the interpersonal dynamics were very low stress. People are people I liked my co workers. We were all in the same canoe going down the river together.
Cons
The company is incredibly disorganized. There is no sense of care for employees from management and CEO. Hence his rating. We were many months late even up to close to a year to deliver many orders. The stress that everyone feels in the facility emanates through air and can almost be tasted. The company also maintains very poor chemical hygiene. I felt I was at risk in the environment where I was working. If you need a job and they offer you one, then of course no reason to turn it down.. However, if you have a choice to work somewhere else, definitely consider your other options. Turn over rate is high and many of the employees I met in the 5 months I chose to stay there have since left. I don't even know how we still had customers when I left.
