They attract great people who want to do good by the client.

Smaller inventory, has to sub rent equipment at times.

Though I think the "family" speak can be overboard, leadership does care about the culture and our well-being. We work crazy hours in production so it's refreshing to know they care.

There is some favoritism and accountability in leadership is lacking.
