      They will hire anyone regardless of what may matter to an employer

      They will f fire you just as quickly . Justifiable or not . HR is a joke and should be investigated themselves. From plant managers on down ..totally inept.

      Nice uniforms of you make it past probation

      Cons

      HR manager is bias and her dept is the worse! Internal embezzlement, favoritism, promote inexperienced if they like you etc.
