      Pros

      The staff is motivated to do their job well and collaborate. The executive director is knowledgeable and fair. Company benefits are great.

      Cons

      As with many nonprofits, the salary can be slightly lower than desired. Management does their best to compensate everyone fairly. The work is rewarded and the benefits make up for the slightly reduced income.
