Pros
Decent salary compensation Good understanding mid-level (direct) managers Great colleagues
Cons
1. Disconnect upper management that managed a large scale redundancy really badly. They do not understand or even make any effort to know what and how certain roles impact projects. 2. Poor parking spaces on site. 3. Generally a bit mismanaged on a higher level. I was made "at risk of redundancy", I managed to find new employment before anything was actualised. There are ongoing strikes regarding the management of this business restructure. This was announced to me two months after I got the role, so there must have been some insight into the upcoming redundancy during the hiring process, yet they still gave me no heads up or warning moving into the position. This led me into a bad personal position where I had moved locations, invested time and money in my personal setup for the role, and for longevity in the company, to only be left with my pants down after two months in.
