Pros
Pay way too much for the little work employees actually do.
Cons
A company littered with charlatans at every level, pretending they work towards a great "Mission" whereas the truth is, they contribute nothing towards tax-payer's real hard-earned money. The company is a façade of professionalism, plagued by unprofessional individuals who are lucky to be employed anywhere in this job market. A litter of uneducated ex-military personnel, underqualified managers, and school leavers who have no grades. Nepotism is the company's gold-standard, contributing towards the shambled state of the Organisation. A kafkaesque environment for those who have qualifications and intelligence. A real insufferable nightmare of an office environment, scattered with employees who are lazy. Career progression is non-existent. Internal hires and promotions are based on friendships outside of work, with any idealism towards meritocracy laughed upon. It is a charity, not a professional workplace. A charity for ex-military, failed school leavers, and friends & family of these.
