Pros
You get paid weekly, you get to drive a fairly new truck every day and you get something like a check every week....only smaller
Cons
Low pay, Children in positions of authority, Supervision lies more than a crack head, If your not best friends with supervision then you dont get any good work. They use the Tablets that we fo all our electronic logs with to spy on you through the camera ...even when you are inside your home after work. I doesnt matter how much experience you have they are only giving $10.50 per hour to start then you might get a raise after 90 days.if your a driver.....dont even think of dropping off the trash at the dump on your way to work in the mornings, THAT WILL GET YOU FIRES!!! If you get hurt on or before the job begins they are going to try to force you to sign away your rights to Workers Compensation. And if you have to change the oil in the truck you have to take it to a shop ON YOUR OWN TIME and you dont get paid for that either. You dont get paid riding time unless its over 2 hours. And you can only be part time so they dont have to give benifits or pay un employment. They want you to sit by the phone all weekend on call but not pay for that either.
