      - They need to change so much that they are looking for experts to raise their game - Lots of opportunity - Room to shape and put forward your own ideas - Acceptance for hybrid working and respect for personal life - Conservative culture

      Cons

      - Bureaucratic - Huge matrix organisation that feels clunky and hard to move - Decision by committee

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
