      Pros

      A really nice environment to work in. Great pension scheme.

      Cons

      Disparate offices. It can be challenging to get work done when working across multiple locations. Manager had a very "hands off" approach from day 1 which made it a challenge to understand team goals and integrate myself into the business.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
