Most people at AXIOM work virtually, which you either love or hate. Being successful in this environment requires you to be a self-starter and to initiate communication. AXIOM is past the initial start-up stage, which makes it a more stable, less frenetic place to work than it was a few years ago. To be successful here, you will need to wear lots of hats and participate in multiple activities outside a standard job title.
Cons
Because AXIOM is a sales-oriented organization, the corporate direction can change quickly. If you work as a contractor on a fixed project, that will not impact you. If, however, you come on as an employee, you will likely find that the focus of your work changes quite a bit in 6 months time.
