Workload and resourcing are things we monitor closely, and while we recognise some roles can be demanding, we’re actively working to ensure sustainability and better balance across teams. On progression: we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that opportunities are lacking. As a ~50-person company, paths may look different than in larger organisations—but we have many examples of team members moving into more senior roles or across departments. Progression depends on a mix of business need, opportunity, and individual competence. Regarding turnover, the claim that 20% of the team left without replacements isn’t accurate—we’ve welcomed 8 new hires and seen 10 departures in the past year. While every exit matters, this level of movement is not unusual for our size and sector. Finally, bonuses are a company-wide reflection of shared success—not guaranteed, but awarded based on overall performance and collaborative contribution.
