Great work environment, but management undervalues employees - Assistant Manager Aarvee Associates Employee Review

Working at client site and never having visited the HO, there is little I can comment of the company culture. And since we were hired for this specific project, and having full support from our reporting Officer, this has been a great place to work and grow.

The worst part of working with Aarvee was that the salary payment was never on time. The earliest receipt date was on the 5th (the only time it was paid before the 7th) and the latest was on the 31st, averaging at 17th of the month over the 36 month period. Even though the client for whose project we were hired, as willing to extend the project, I had to decline because of the malpractice of Aarvee of not paying the salary on time, even when I ensured that the payment from the client was always received on time.

Good salary, work life balance is descent, people are cooperative

no major growth, limiting exposure, not good for people other than civil engineering
