*Bad management - "militarized" hirerchal style, strict and not pleasant towards managers and employees alike, unable to handle criticsm *Managers keep rolling on responsibilities to employees to save themselves from criticism * Long work hours - management is very strict on hours *No work balance - constant pressure to work overtime, with no extra pay *Can't discuss raise, even if the job definitions are much longer than the job description you signed up for *No real chance for promotion, despite the size of the company

Amazing place to learn and grow - very demanding and high standards. Great client and nice offices. Regular team fun days, weekly happy hour.

Very competitive and unhealthy place. Poor and partly unfair management - not objective, very personal in both appreciation and deprecation. The team doesn't stand as one - every individual has to prove himself to succeed.
