*Managers keep rolling on responsibilities to employees to save themselves from criticism
* Long work hours - management is very strict on hours
*No work balance - constant pressure to work overtime, with no extra pay
*Can't discuss raise, even if the job definitions are much longer than the job description you signed up for
*No real chance for promotion, despite the size of the company
