My time at Abacus Group was a positive one. The company has a professional environment and a team-oriented culture. I liked that I was able to learn new systems and improve my problem-solving skills while working with experienced coworkers.

Can get busy during urgent support requests.

Learned useful skills and met some great coworkers.

I wanted this to be a long-term place but it ended up being frustrating. Too much pressure, not enough support, and very little appreciation. It felt like people were constantly in survival mode. Turnover was pretty telling.
