      If you want to elevate your sales acumen and learn all of the specialized pieces that will make you extremely marketable, immunology is the place to be.

      Cons

      Completely driven by metrics and not common sense. Culture is terrible. Culture is a buzz word, but no one actually cares to address the issue.

      When I was hired by AbbVie I sold my home and relocated to comply with their mandatory office days. A week after I sold my home they did a reorganization of my department. My hiring manager was forced to retire, my mentor was moved to another team and the work stopped coming in. I was laid off shortly after. I’m now experiencing housing instability. Thanks AbbVie!
