Pros
Salaries are great for the work required. Benefits are good. The company does genuinely seem to try and retain their employees where they can during layoffs (but this benefits them b/c it keeps their unemployment insurance from going up) There is a diversity to be found in leadership, less so the higher you go. Company cars are a nice treat for field employees.
Cons
Leadership is very toxic and it trickles down. Toxic people are promoted consistently, some are obnoxiously and embarrassingly cruel. The whole company culture is built on shaking hands and nodding at the "great work" the company does for patients, completely ignoring the fact that profits are the main objection (it's a for profit company, let's just be honest about it). LOTS of Kool aid drinking here. It all feels like a massive misdirection. Vomit roses about how good the company is and then turn savagely on any employee that challenges the system. It's such an over-the-top denial of how toxic the company is that it might give you whiplash. Also, very much not eco friendly. The amount of packages and packaging material that is sent out is ridiculous. Fleet vehicles could use to be hybrids or electric. If the company cares soooo much about health how about we pollute less?
