Comp package, pension for long-time employees (program ended 2022 but 401k higher match was offered instead), exciting industry
Cons
The corporate politics have become almost unbearable. Finance top leadership is toxic, especially the women finance VP's (and there are not many). EEDI is way over the top and senior management is out of touch with how much the majority of people feel it is toxic, hypocritical and probably starting to venture into illegal territory.
